The goggle frame is a single-piece injection-molded TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) mask in matte black that sits against the face with a raised perimeter gasket of soft foam rubber that creates a comfortable seal across the forehead and cheek bones, giving the goggle its immersive wraparound coverage. The strap is a 25mm wide flat elastic in black with a printed Designhub logo repeat, adjustable at the rear buckle from 40cm to 60cm head circumference — fully covering the adult size range without separate sizing options. The dual spherical lens is a two-piece polycarbonate system with a dark smoke inner lens and a blue mirror outer lens that snaps into the frame with a quarter-turn bayonet fitting and can be replaced with other lens tints from the Designhub lens pack range.
